Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, ensuring correct product, quantity, and size.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers, utilizing proper packing techniques to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and quality control checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing supplies.
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required by warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
