Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing as needed.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
  • Conduct quality checks on products before packaging.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
  • Basic communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a physical labor role (not necessarily warehouse).
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management principles (advantageous but not required).
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
