Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process all incoming product returns according to company policies and procedures.
- Verify return authorization forms and reconcile items against original orders.
- Sort, categorize, and document returned merchandise, identifying damaged, defective, or resalable products.
- Accurately update inventory management systems with return information.
- Prepare products for restocking, repair, or disposal as per established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the returns processing area.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed to support overall warehouse functionality.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
