Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Carefully inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label items according to company standards and shipping requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively (training provided if necessary).
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shipping area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily shipping targets are met.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including manifests, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
