Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently, after proper training.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required to support seasonal demands.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (e.g., receiving, picking, packing).
