Hiring.zycto is actively seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers for immediate hire in our Twickenham facility. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring correct quantities and items.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to identify any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labelling and loading vehicles.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or stock issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum 6 months).
- Experience operating manual or electric pallet trucks.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management principles.
- Valid forklift license (reach or counterbalance).
