Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods, identifying and reporting discrepancies or damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or other machinery after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
