Key Responsibilities
- Assist Water Damage Restoration Technicians with all on-site tasks.
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers).
- Perform demolition of damaged building materials (e.g., drywall, flooring).
- Extract standing water using pumps and wet/dry vacuums.
- Clean, sanitize, and dispose of contaminated materials safely.
- Load and unload equipment and debris from vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
- Prepare job sites for restoration and perform final cleanup.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
