Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces across multiple devices.
- Translate user requirements and business goals into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create compelling visual designs, adhering strictly to brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
- Develop and maintain consistent user flow diagrams, sitemaps, and information architecture.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging web technologies.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking.
- Extensive experience with responsive web design and mobile-first methodologies.
- Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.

- Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions, concepts, and rationale effectively.
- Proven experience with user research methods and usability testing methodologies.
