Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive wedding proposals, including themes, décor concepts, and logistical plans.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors such as venues, caterers, photographers, florists, and entertainment.
- Create and meticulously manage detailed wedding timelines, checklists, and budget spreadsheets.
- Attend venue walkthroughs, vendor meetings, and tastings with clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring smooth execution from set-up to tear-down.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on wedding etiquette, traditions, and current trends.
- Handle unexpected issues or emergencies gracefully and efficiently during events.
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the planning process.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Wedding Planner or Senior Event Coordinator.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing multiple weddings.
