Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning services for commercial and residential properties, primarily low to mid-rise buildings.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, and water-fed poles, following company procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and working at heights procedures.
- Prepare work sites by setting up safety cones, warning signs, and protective coverings to prevent property damage.
- Inspect windows and frames for damage or specific cleaning needs before and after service.
- Maintain and clean all assigned equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned routes and tasks within designated schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or client issues to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, streak-free results.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications

- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
