Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning tools and techniques (squeegees, brushes, water-fed poles, etc.) to ensure streak-free results.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with clients and team members.
- Inspect work areas to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Handle ladders and extension poles safely and efficiently, often at varying heights.
- Work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet schedules and client expectations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, streak-free results.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights using ladders and other safety equipment.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform manual tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred for driving company vehicles).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in window cleaning or a similar outdoor service role.
- Knowledge of different window cleaning methods, solutions, and equipment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with Bendale and surrounding Toronto areas.
