Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and questioning.
  • Present and demonstrate various wireless products, services, and accessories, explaining features and benefits clearly.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for devices, plans, and value-added services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including activations, upgrades, and accessory purchases.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring products are merchandised effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales ability with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
  • Basic understanding of wireless technology and mobile devices.
