Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and questioning.
- Present and demonstrate various wireless products, services, and accessories, explaining features and benefits clearly.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for devices, plans, and value-added services.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including activations, upgrades, and accessory purchases.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring products are merchandised effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven sales ability with a strong customer-centric approach.
