Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting large volumes of data from various source documents into designated systems and databases.
  • Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, making necessary corrections as identified.
  • Maintaining and updating database information, ensuring all records are current and organized.
  • Performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhering strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA compliance).
  • Organizing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry status or challenges.
  • Assisting with data clean-up projects and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Preparing simple reports from compiled data as requested by team leads.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (1+ year).
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy).
