Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring trailer movements within the yard to ensure optimal flow and space utilization.

- Support dispatch operations by assisting with driver communication, assignment verification, and documentation.
- Conduct regular yard inspections, identifying and reporting equipment maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Help manage equipment inventory, tracking incoming and outgoing trailers, and ensuring proper data entry.
- Participate in training modules focused on logistics software, fleet management systems, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments, including maintenance, dispatch, and customer service, to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing yard efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate records of yard activities, including trailer locations, repair statuses, and driver logs.
- Undergo mentorship to develop leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making proficiency.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
