As a Youth Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and success of our youth initiatives. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with activity planning and execution to providing direct support and supervision to participants during programs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of youth programs and activities.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to program participants, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Facilitate positive interactions among youth and encourage participation in various activities.
- Help with program setup, cleanup, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Support program leaders and coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor for youth, promoting respect, inclusivity, and teamwork.
- Observe and report any behavioral issues or concerns to senior staff.
- Engage with parents/guardians respectfully, providing updates and information as required.
