Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of youth programs and activities.
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to program participants, ensuring their safety and engagement.
  • Facilitate positive interactions among youth and encourage participation in various activities.
  • Help with program setup, cleanup, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Support program leaders and coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor for youth, promoting respect, inclusivity, and teamwork.
  • Observe and report any behavioral issues or concerns to senior staff.
  • Engage with parents/guardians respectfully, providing updates and information as required.
