Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and client consultations to accurately assess individual needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans.
- Educate clients on proper home care regimens and recommend suitable professional skincare products to enhance and maintain results.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and genuine care, fostering client loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- Accurately record client information, treatment details, and product recommendations in our client management system.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Valid Louisiana Aesthetician license
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician in a spa or clinical setting
- Proficiency in advanced facial techniques, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, product ingredients, and common skin conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Exceptional sales and retailing skills for professional skincare products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced modalities such as LED therapy, dermaplaning, or advanced waxing techniques
- Proficiency with spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Vagaro)
- Additional certifications in specialized aesthetic treatments
