Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior manufacturing engineers in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize production flow and reduce waste.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Participate in root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and help develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and control plans.
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist in the selection, testing, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all manufacturing operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
