Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, segmentation, and optimization.
- Perform extensive data analysis, identify trends, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain robust data pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques as appropriate.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science community.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
