Hiring.zycto is seeking an exceptional Family Office Manager – Finance to join a prestigious private family office client in the Winnipeg area. This pivotal role involves overseeing the multifaceted financial affairs of a high-net-worth family, ensuring seamless integration of investment strategies, tax planning, estate management, and philanthropic endeavors. Beyond mere oversight, you will play a proactive role in shaping the family’s financial future, safeguarding their assets, and optimizing their wealth for current and future generations.

As the Family Office Manager, you will act as a central point of contact, orchestrating a diverse team of external advisors including investment managers, legal counsel, accountants, and insurance brokers, to provide cohesive and holistic financial solutions. Your strategic acumen will be crucial in managing complex financial reporting, conducting thorough cash flow analysis, developing robust budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and ethical standards. This is more than a management role; it’s an opportunity to become a deeply trusted advisor, building enduring relationships based on unwavering discretion, impeccable integrity, and unparalleled service tailored to the unique needs of the family. You will be instrumental in preserving and growing the family’s wealth across generations, translating intricate financial concepts and market dynamics into clear, actionable strategies that align with their long-term vision.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of diverse asset classes, including traditional and alternative investments, alongside advanced financial planning techniques. A proven ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities presented by significant wealth – from generational transfers to complex trust structures – is essential. You will be expected to provide incisive strategic insights, anticipate future financial needs, proactively identify opportunities for wealth optimization, and mitigate potential risks. This role demands not only a high level of technical financial expertise but also exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex financial information clearly, empathetically, and effectively to family members and external partners. If you are driven by a commitment to excellence, possess an unwavering sense of accountability, and are eager to make a significant, lasting impact in a private, high-stakes financial environment, we strongly encourage you to apply.
