Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the structured entry-level training program.
- Assist orthodontists during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and preparedness.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Take and develop diagnostic records, including X-rays and impressions (with proper training and certification).
- Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of the orthodontist and patient.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment for all patients.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients to address concerns and provide support.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
