Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet passengers and assist with boarding and alighting processes.
  • Provide accurate information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and connections.
  • Verify passenger tickets or passes and assist with fare payment systems.
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with bus operators and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior, reporting any issues to relevant departments.
  • Assist passengers with special needs or mobility challenges, offering support and guidance.
  • Handle minor passenger inquiries, complaints, or conflicts with courtesy and problem-solving skills.
