As a Seasonal Fruit Picker, you will play a crucial role in bringing fresh, high-quality produce from the fields to our community. Your day will involve meticulously picking various fruits, following specific quality guidelines, and ensuring careful handling to minimize damage. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick various fruits according to specified quality standards.
- Carefully handle produce to prevent bruising or damage.
- Follow supervisor instructions regarding picking techniques, sorting, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvest targets.
- Report any issues with fruit quality or equipment to supervisors promptly.
- Be prepared for physical demands including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) regularly.
