Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ice rink activities to ensure patron safety and adherence to facility rules.
- Assist patrons with skate rentals, locker usage, and general inquiries.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the ice surface, changing rooms, and spectator areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents to facility management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all visitors.
- Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for various rink programs and events.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures respectfully and consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including reception and rental counters.
