Job Description

Your primary focus will always be the safety and well-being of everyone on board. This includes conducting thorough pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety procedures with clarity and confidence, and being fully prepared to respond to any emergency situation, from medical incidents to turbulence and evacuations. Meticulously following all safety procedures and emergency protocols is paramount, and you will receive extensive training to ensure you are equipped for every eventuality. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cabin environment adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks and clearly demonstrate emergency procedures.
  • Provide exceptional inflight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to special requests.
  • Manage passenger needs and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Administer first aid when necessary and assist passengers with disabilities or special needs.
  • Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle inflight sales and administrative duties, including managing documentation.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness before, during, and after flights.

  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) or willingness to obtain it through company-provided training.
  • Basic knowledge of aviation safety and first aid procedures.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
