Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on renovation projects.
- Perform site preparation duties including demolition, clearing debris, and protecting existing structures.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly clearing trash and ensuring proper storage.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow instructions from project managers and lead workers diligently.
- Support the team in achieving project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
