Key Responsibilities

  • Wash, peel, chop, and cut various fruits, vegetables, and meats according to recipes and chef instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately for recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular sanitization of surfaces and equipment.
  • Store food items properly and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
  • Support the kitchen team with general duties as needed, including dishwashing and cleaning.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
