Job Description
Join Hiring.zycto as a Ticket Inspector and become a vital part of our mission to deliver safe, reliable, and fair transport services across Pontcanna and the wider Cardiff area. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to uphold the integrity of our ticketing system, ensure equitable travel for all passengers, and contribute to the financial sustainability of our essential services. As a frontline ambassador, you will patrol various transport routes, engaging with passengers, verifying tickets, and providing assistance and information. We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and tact.
