Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including food prep areas, serving stations, and dining spaces.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and readily available.
- Educate customers on menu items, ingredients, and health benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
