Key Responsibilities
- Administer and track music licensing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms.
- Conduct comprehensive copyright research for musical compositions and sound recordings.
- Process and reconcile royalty statements, ensuring timely and accurate payments to rights holders.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of various licensing agreements (e.g., synchronization, master use, mechanical, public performance).
- Monitor global usage of licensed music and identify potential copyright infringements.
- Resolve licensing and royalty disputes in collaboration with legal and business teams.
- Maintain detailed databases of intellectual property rights, licenses, and contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on evolving copyright laws, industry standards, and digital rights management technologies.

Required Skills
