Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, comments, images, live streams) on YouTube and TikTok platforms.
- Apply platform-specific guidelines and policies consistently and accurately to identify violations.
- Make swift, impartial, and well-reasoned decisions regarding content removal, escalation, or approval.
- Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous content issues to senior moderators or specialized teams.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while adhering to daily performance targets.
- Stay updated on evolving content policies, community guidelines, and emerging online trends.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
