Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and courteously.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and plating as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
