Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, seating them and presenting menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Monitor table activity to anticipate guests' needs and replenish drinks or clear dishes as necessary.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate credit card machines accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
