Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events.
- Clear tables and assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other service personnel.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist with the replenishment of buffets, beverages, and other service items as needed.
- Ensure all guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
Required Skills
