Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit various documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in relevant databases.
