Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly fitted and product specifications are met.
- Conduct quality control checks on products at various stages of production, identifying and reporting defects.
- Package finished products, label them accurately, and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and workplace safety standards.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations diligently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as required.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel.
