Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including program delivery, human resources, finance, and administration.
  • Lead comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating major donor relationships, and securing grants and sponsorships.
  • Represent the organization as a key spokesperson, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure the organization's financial health, including budget management, financial reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Champion the organization's advocacy efforts, raising awareness and influencing policy where appropriate.
  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors, providing insights, recommendations, and performance updates.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the non-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational development.

  • Strong financial management and budgetary oversight capabilities.
