Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision.
- Oversee all operational aspects, including program delivery, human resources, finance, and administration.
- Lead comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating major donor relationships, and securing grants and sponsorships.
- Represent the organization as a key spokesperson, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
