Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability, pricing, and local market conditions.
- Cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Coordinate move-in logistics for new tenants.
- Support marketing efforts for available units, including online listings and open houses.
- Assist in resolving tenant concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the leasing office operations.
