As a Night Shift Fuel Station Attendant, you will be the face of our station during the quieter periods, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service around the clock. You will be instrumental in managing stock, ensuring shelves are well-replenished, and deliveries are processed correctly. Safety and security are paramount; you will be responsible for adhering to all health and safety regulations, monitoring the premises for any suspicious activity, and escalating issues to management as needed. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully confident in handling all aspects of the role, including operating our point-of-sale systems and understanding emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the fuel pumps and in the convenience store.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the forecourt, shop, restrooms, and storage areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and assist with deliveries, ensuring correct stock rotation and placement.
- Replenish shelves, stock coolers, and ensure products are priced correctly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security procedures, including handling hazardous materials safely.
- Conduct regular checks of the premises for security purposes and report any incidents or concerns to management.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Operate and maintain station equipment, including coffee machines, car wash (if applicable), and lottery terminals.
- Perform end-of-shift reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
