Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial real estate listings and investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to provide accurate valuations and strategic advice to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for properties.
- Lead negotiations for sales, leases, and acquisitions, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Guide clients through all stages of the transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Stay abreast of local and regional commercial real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Required Skills
- Valid Real Estate License in British Columbia.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.
- Demonstrated track record of successful commercial property transactions (sales and leasing).
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance and investment principles.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM software.
