Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support vendor management activities, including maintaining supplier records and facilitating communication.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess product availability.
- Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation processes.
- Input and maintain accurate data within procurement systems and databases.
- Prepare basic reports on procurement activities, spending, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
