Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor store premises, including sales floors and exits, for suspicious activity or potential security threats.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) to detect and deter theft, vandalism, and other security incidents.
- Promptly report any observed security breaches, suspicious individuals, or unusual occurrences to store management.
- Maintain detailed records of security-related incidents and observations.
- Assist in responding to alarms and other emergency situations as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential dishonest acts.
- Collaborate with store staff to foster a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs related to security and loss prevention.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
