Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive property valuations for residential and commercial assets in accordance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis, including comparable sales data, economic trends, and property specific attributes.
- Prepare detailed, well-supported, and defensible valuation reports for clients, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Inspect properties to assess condition, features, and relevant factors influencing value.
- Communicate valuation findings and methodologies clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless client service.
Required Skills
- Certified Residential or Commercial Appraiser designation (e.g., MRICS or equivalent).
- Proven experience in property valuation across diverse asset classes.
