You’ll become proficient in operating our point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card transactions efficiently, and ensuring all orders are prepared to the highest quality and safety standards, served promptly and accurately. This includes mastering the art of beverage preparation, assembling burgers and sandwiches, and ensuring our signature sides are always fresh and perfectly cooked.
Maintaining a sparkling clean and organized workspace is paramount; from the front counter and dining area to the kitchen prep stations and restrooms, upholding our rigorous commitment to hygiene and a pleasant atmosphere for both customers and colleagues will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities

- Operate cash registers and POS systems, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, beverages, and desserts according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen equipment.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all food and packaging materials meet quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
