Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors throughout the restaurant.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment (ovens, stoves, fryers, refrigerators), and food preparation areas thoroughly.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and glassware, ensuring proper sanitization, drying, and organized storage.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors; meticulously restock supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal procedures are followed.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, bar areas, and other dining area furnishings.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a sparkling, streak-free finish.
- Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, damage, or potential safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all local health codes, safety regulations, and company sanitation policies.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous availability.
