Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest room supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines for cleaning chemicals.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely and correctly.
- Assist with laundry duties and public area cleaning as required by management.
