Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
- Replenish sales floor with products from the stockroom as needed, following merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with preparing merchandise for promotions, sales events, and seasonal displays.
- Support the sales team by locating products and fulfilling customer requests from the stockroom.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.
