Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Prepare raw materials and components for production, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks on products at various stages of production.
- Package finished goods, label accurately, and prepare for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified and required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
