Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and flag suspicious or unusual transaction patterns indicative of potential fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activities.
  • Document findings and maintain detailed records of all reviewed transactions and any actions taken.
  • Escalate complex issues or high-risk transactions to senior team members or relevant departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to transaction monitoring and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure a consistent approach to transaction review.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of transaction review processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
