Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive career strategies for assigned artists, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Manage all aspects of artist touring, including booking, logistics, budgeting, and performance arrangements.
- Negotiate contracts and deals with record labels, publishers, promoters, brands, and other industry partners.
- Oversee financial management for artists, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders (A&Rs, booking agents, publicists, legal teams).
- Drive marketing and promotional campaigns for new releases, tours, and brand initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on creative direction, branding, and public image.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring their professional and personal well-being.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for artist development and revenue generation.
- Represent artists at industry events, meetings, and performances.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in artist management or a related role within the music industry
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of music industry contracts, royalties, and intellectual property
- Demonstrable business acumen and financial management capabilities
- Extensive network of contacts within the music industry (labels, publishers, agents, promoters)
- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Proficiency in standard office software and music industry-specific platforms
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Marketing, Entertainment Law, or a related field
